12月30日下午消息，诺基亚与阿尔卡特朗讯的合并是近两年来产业界的大事，今年正式合并运营后各地的整合进程也受到了广泛关注。诺基亚通信中国和上海贝尔联合管理团队总裁王建亚在其新年致辞中表示，2016年是大中华区快速融合、并肩作战、合力制胜的一年；对内实现了平稳过渡、联合运营，对外树立起新的品牌形象；同时，其5G、物联网与网络安全等技术的领导地位和端到端业务解决方案能力均获得了认可与肯定。

时间如白驹过隙，转眼我们已携手走到了2016年末。新年甫至，万象更新，我首先谨代表管理团队，对各位的辛勤付出和团结合作表示诚挚的感谢。
How time flies! As we walk to the end of 2016 and approach a New Year, I would like to, on behalf of the leadership team, extend our heartfelt thanks for your great efforts and contributions in the past year.
2016年是全球合并运营的第一年，也是大中华区快速融合、并肩作战、合力制胜的一年。今年年初，中国区在全球宣布合并后的第8天，就组建了联合管理团队。对内，虽然合资企业还没有正式成立，但是我们在“One Team One Goal”精神的激励下，各团队迅速融合，实现了平稳过渡、联合运营；对外，我们树立了“Nokia上海贝尔”这一新的品牌形象，并赢得了客户的信心、市场的认可和政府的信任。特别是，我有幸入选通信世界杂志的2016年度ICT产业十大影响力人物，正是业界对整个公司的肯定和认可，也是大家一起努力的结果。
The year of 2016 is the first year of global combination and integrated operation. In Greater China, we integrated fast, fought shoulder to shoulder, and as a result, won together! We nominated the joint leadership team just 8 days after global Day 1. Internally, though the JV has not been formally established, all the teams integrated pretty fast, enabling smooth transition and joint operation. Externally, we built Nokia Shanghai Bell-the new brand image and won customers’ confidence, market recognition and government’s trust. I was recently honored to be recognized as one of China’s Top 10 Man of the year of ICT industry 2016 by Communications World Weekly, a leading ICT industry media, this is a recognition for Nokia Shanghai Bell and efforts of you all.
2016年也是值得大家骄傲和铭记的一年。我们的5G、物联网（尤其是车联网和智慧城市）与网络安全等技术的领导地位得到客户的广泛认可。同时，我们的端到端业务解决方案能力也获得了客户的高度肯定。在过去的几个季度，包含台港澳在内的大中华区交出了一份骄人的成绩单, 而这一切都要归功于各位的团队精神和努力付出。
The year of 2016 is also a year we should be proud of and mark in our memory. Our thought leadership in 5G, IoT(especially Car2X and smart city solutions) and security technologies has been widely recognized by the customers, so does our e2e portfolio and capabilities. In the past quarters, we have delivered outstanding performance, thanks to each and every one of you.
新的一年将承载新的希望，开启新的篇章。2017年，虽然行业环境依然艰难，任务依然艰巨，但机遇与挑战并存，我们将一如既往，满怀信心与激情。我们不仅要在具备优势的运营商领域持续深耕，还要大力拓展垂直行业市场；不仅要在网络硬件上持续创新，还要在软件领域做大做强。
The New Year will carry new hopes and start a new chapter. In 2017, we will still face a very difficult industry environment and our tasks will still be formidable, however, the opportunities are always alongside the challenges. We will as always be full of confidence and passion. We should not only continue to succeed in the traditional operators’ area, but also expand network sales to select vertical markets; we should not only focus on the innovations of the network/ hardware, but also make breakthroughs in software business.
岁月不居，天道酬勤！让我们一起踏上新征程！期待与大家在新的合资企业大家庭里携手共勉，勇往直前，再创辉煌！
Time waits for no man but hard work pays off. Let us join hands to board on the new journey. Let us work together in this big family and join hands forging ahead fearlessly to create the glory once again.
