关于定时器T305，T307，T316，T317的问题

现在W的T305和T307，T316和T317的区别
T305:周期性小区更新的时长，默认值30min；
T307:T305超期后的检测到in service area的时间，默认值30s
T316:T316 在CELL PCH和URA PCH下，检测到out of service area时启动，启动后发现service area,发起re-enter-area的小区更新；如果out of service，启动T317； 默认值30s
T317（还包括在CELL-FACH状态下）检查到out of service area，发现 service area，则发起re-enter-area的小区更新；如果out of service，则进入idle； 默认值180s


问题：已经上面的值，有了T316和T317后，那么T305和T307是否就没用了?
