异系统切换问题
TD站点做3/2G切换操作时，满足异系统切换条件，3A测量报告也发了，但就是不向2G切换，向CN发重定位请求后，CN直接释放，释放原因为“om intervention”，请高手指点。（测试站点共3个小区，1、2小区切无法切换，但3小区异系统切换正常）
异系统邻区没有问题，再次测试发现，1、2小区无法切换只是和部分G网小区无法切换，和其它G网邻区又能正常切换，不知道问题出在那？

从楼主的描述看，很可能是1、2小区漏配了相关2G邻区。建议重新核查一下邻区关系和切换参数设置。

邻区检查了，无漏配情况，从后台指标统计情况来看，1、2小区有发生异系统切换，且成功率为100%，只是对某一G网站点小区切换时会出现上述情况，不知道具体原因是什么？
2G那边小区信息变改了~~导致无法切换咯~~3A测量报告上去了~~RNC也进行相应处理并告诉CN进行2/3G切换，CN一般回应重定位失败~~~

询问局方负责2G网络的工程技术人员，是不是那个2G站点的网络参数（BCCH、BSIC等）做过修改，而没有通知3G侧，所以3G网络这边没有相应更新该站点的2G网络信息？
