由于60频点太弱，切换到81频点而造成掉话。

为什么会有两个相同的BCCH/BSIC组合？如果同个小区的话，为什么电平差这么远，如果不同小区的话首先要优化频率了，换成不同的BCCH。。

How can you ensure another signal is coming from reflection?
So, power off one sector with higer Rxleve to check the weak signal is still extisting or not. Otherwise it woul be BCCH interference.
