servring cell ,listed cell detected cell指示一种小区的集合，详细在3GPP 36.331中
对于E-UTRA：测报的小区有：serving cell(s), listed cells 和detected cells.对于异系统的UTRA：测报的小区有listed cells和 optionally on cells that are within a range for which reporting is allowed by E-UTRAN.
对异系统的GERAN：测报的只有detected cells.
对于异系统的CDMA2000测报的小区有 listed cells.

2. Listed cells - these are cells listed within the measurement object(s).
3. Detected cells - these are cells that are not listed within the measurement object(s) but are detected by the UE on the carrier frequency(ies) indicated by the measurement object(s).
