    IE Maximum number of reported cells on RACH，指示了在RACH上报告的小区的最大个数，有no report、current cell、current cell + best neighbour、current cell + 2 best neighbours、current cell + 3 best neighbours 、current cell + 4 best neighbours 、current cell + 5 best neighbours 和current cell + 6 best neighbours七种情况。能不能有人说明一下这个参数设置具体的来龙去脉，关键是不理解为什么要在RACH上报告小区？以及设置不同值对网络的影响？[ 本帖最后由 xiaoshj 于 2008-11-7 16:59 编辑 ]
