要求;
       Project management experience in R&D development projects
       Must have experience in working with TETRA or other communication systems used in tunnel projects
       Have experience in project management of software development projects
       Work with in a structured project management system guide by processes and procedures
       Speak and write business English
       A technical degree in engineering (preferable in the software direction)
       Certificates of project management training
       High level of knowledge in how to work and operate project management tolls like MS project and MS project server 2007
       High level of computer skills in Excel, Word
       Be outgoing with positive attitude to solving conflicts within the project team
       Must be able to travel to within Asia, Europe, USA with
